I saw a cat on TV last night and it was a big cat.

Maine Coon cats are generally seen to be the biggest although I have seen a Bengal/Ocicat cross that dwarfed most Maine Coons. Siberians are another breed that tend to get very large.

I believe the Norwegian Forest Cat is larger than the Maine Coon.  And would probably be the largest domesticated cat.
