I can't tell you what breed it is but I can tell you that it looks like a Honey Bear cat.. that's the breed of my cat Jake... looks just like the picture.

Looks like a Turkish Angora to me...  I haven't scrolled down yet, not sure if I am right LOL!!  Beautiful breed!!

Just wanted to add, no way is that a persian, persians have pushed in faces, wide set huge eyes, wide set ears, and are stocky. :-)  I am owned by a beautiful persian. :-)

It's probably a Turkish Angora.  Lots of them are white, lots with blue eyes.  See links:

Turkish Angora - it's not a Persian, they have "smooshie" faces and smaller ears.

It's definitely neither a Maine Coon nor a Persian as others have suggested.  It's possibly a Ragamuffin based on the blue eyes and facial shape or possibly a Turkish Angora.  But then considering over 97% of the cats on this PLANET are no particular breed odds are that's what it is.
