What breed of Cats are these?

One is a Domestic Long Hair, one is a Domestic Short Hair. That just means they aren't pedigree, purebred cats.

As for color, they are tortoise shells (one of my favorite colorings). They are usually female, here is a wikipedia article about them.

they are tortoiseshells. my cat, snickers is a mix of torti and calico. one side of her face is orange-y, and side is black. she's so cute! so are the cats in the pics are, too! they made me say, "awwwwww!" in fact, i have two tortis at home and one black cat.

I think they're tortoise shell cats and, in this case, they look like long haired.

Their coloring is called Tortoise Shell.  They're a type of calico.  They're beautiful.

The breed is likely American Domestic.

The coloring is probably what you're looking for and it's called a Torti (like tortoise shell).
