Cashmere is small... slightly bigger than your average feild mouse. She was white in winter, and is still white. My mom thinks she might be a russian Campbell. We don't know because it was my friend who gave her to me for my birthday.

  1. add a pic here, or ask ur friend

  2. add a pic or ask your friend she is prob a russian dwarf or a cambells

  3. If you think she is not a winter white hamster because she is till white, please think again.

Winter white hamsters change color in winter - summer only when they are in the wild. It is very rare to see tamed hamsters changing fur colors for winter - summer. If your hamster has been white since she was a pup, she would remain white for life.

Many people buy winter whites thinking they are going to see an interesting colour change in the hamster but don't read the fineprint - only wild hamsters (winter white) do that.

So your hamster can still be either a winter white or a campbell. The following link might help you differentiate between a campbell and winterwhite and help you confirm which one you have -
