  1. Bride of Frankenstien.

  2. Love, Actually.

It really sums up how kooky Brits can be sometimes, and overall it's a funny film with a great story and theme. One of my favourites. And you'll see some of the well-loved old actors/actresses from the UK in that, also some of the new.

Monty Python - Life of Brian

    Monty Python - Holy Grail

Personally I thought the first was funnier, but both are great.

    Four Weddings and a Funeral

    The Full Monty

  3. Not "Love Actually", it's really bad and we're not like that at all.

"The Queen" is a great film, but you couldn't say its about the life of an average Brit.

  4. Mrs Miniver

    Trainspotting

    Love, Actually.

Which, though each are excellent films, should leave you realising the connection between films and real life.

    And totally confused.

    Hmm.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail might serve you better, at least to get into the British sense of humour.

Where in England are you heading for?

We vary a lot, in this small country.

Cornwall, Suffolk and Northumberland have little to do with each other, and certainly don't share an accent.

Is Utah like Florida or New Jersey, (if you're American)?

(no, I'm not comparing Cornwall to Utah!)
