What bugs are these in my toilet?

they look like slugs but real smaller. they have them two pointy antennaes. they're black and lokk like they have small feet. how do i get rid of them. and what are they

Sound to me like drain flies.  Or at least drain fly larva.  Look up under the rim of your toilet bowel.
