Okay... here's my question. I'm too broke to afford a stair climber, so I am running up and down stairs to try and get that workout. Now here's the thing: When I jog, I use steps and run up them two at a time, but run down one at a time. I'm wondering if running up the steps one at a time as opposed to running up them two at a time will burn more calories. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
