What burns calories faster?

Okay... here's my question. I'm too broke to afford a stair climber, so I am running up and down stairs to try and get that workout. Now here's the thing: When I jog, I use steps and run up them two at a time, but run down one at a time.

I'm wondering if running up the steps one at a time as opposed to running up them two at a time will burn more calories. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  1. both work well to burn alot of calories if you do them several times. my cousin lost alot of weight just running up the stairs. try both there both well at burning calories


  2. If you’re looking for a quicker way to burn calories, you’ve to try interval training. Interval training comprises of short, high-intensity exercise periods followed on by longer, lower-intensity periods.

    These 2 sets of interval training when repeated several times, to form a complete workout.

    Examples are:

        * Walk-Jog sequences

        * Run-Sprint interval
