spinning or a , body conditioning class?

my problem areas are is hips thigh and bottom, its where all my fat gets stored!

i run 3 times a week, but want to do a class too,

whats the advice,

im 5'3 and 9st 10 , iv lost 2 stone already but i want t be 9st , for my 21st which is in 2 and a half months x

  1. I've never heard of spinning.   I suggest walk more and eat less calories.

  4. To get the fat off your bottom, why don't you do some bum crunches?



    clench your bottom, this is supposed to work really well.
