What bus can I get from Istanbul to Syria?

I already know there is a train, the Toros Express, but I'm specifically looking for that uncomfortable beast called the Turkish bus! I know there are many companies but I've been unable to find numbers for them, cosst of the trip, etc. Thanks all!
