Absolutely no direct service between the two. I'd start with checking out the Central de Autobuses in Tijuana (see the link):

You'll most likely have to go to Mexico City (el D.F.), and then west. From a quick glance at the map, it looks like the easiest route would be DF to Toluca, and then west on Mex 134 to Cd. Altamirano.

Once you reach the bus station in Mexico City, you should be able to easily find a bus line that has a route west on Mex 134.

I don't think there would be any kind of direct bus service from Tijuana.You would most likely take a bus from the downtown station in Tijuana or from the bus terminal in San Ysidro to Mexico City and transfer there to a bus line servicing destinations in the state of Guerrero.
