What bus takes me from USC to wilshire/beverly?

I'm actually in Irvine, taking 3 or 4 buses to get to Koreatown.

I'm getting off at USC. (Exposition blvd)

Is there a bus(es) that takes me to the intersection between Wilshire and Beverly? (Kim Sun Young hair salon)

Are there any buses?

Is this area safe to walk?

you don't have to get off at USC from Irvine (in fact

there is no bus that goes to USC from Irvine~

the easiest way to take Metrolink from Irvine  to Union station

then the  Purple Line to Western or the Red line to Vermont

then transfer again to the 720

take to Beverly and Wilshire

and your metrolink ticket is valid for the entire

trip
