What business to do with a vacant land without constructing a building ?

I have a vacant land but i dont want to devlop any building in it, but i want to do business in it?

you can use for party ground/marriage ground or something like a  small mela

you could do land acquisitions. buy more land, sit on it until its value goes up and sell it, etc.

you could build a dirt track, buy some small off-road go-karts, and charge for rides.

you could prepare the soil and start a small orchard or vegetable garden and sell the fruit.

there's a lot of things you can do with a little bit of land, even without constructing a building. Have fun with it and be creative.

What sort of business do you want to do with the land being undeveloped? Some businesses will just invest in land and sit on it because they know it will appreciate and eventually if development occurs all around the vacant parcel then developers will offer you much more money to buy it from you then you paid for it.
