we are planning to open a new business in Yuba City, CA and would like input from residents of this area on what they would like to have. A music venue? A specific store? What does Yuba City need that residents want?

Rather than ask that question here, you'd be more effective if you talked to the Yuba City Chamber of Commerce and the Yuba City Lions Club and organizations like that.
