I know Home Depot is open and Costco is probably closed. Would the malls be open in the Bellingham area. How about the Outlet Center in Tulalip?

  1. All the major malls are open.   The Premium Outlets mall in Tulalip is having  special sale from July 3-7, including today, July 4. http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/ho...
