I'm assuming that you are referring to Yahoo! Pool. If you have a two button mouse, you hold down the right button and pull back the cue then let go to hit. If you have a one button mouse *most mac users* hold shift down while you click to hit the cue.

use the mouse. click and hold the left button. use then you can pull the stick back and aim!
