  1. should just be a stereo rca cable that is available at any radioshack

  2. a phono cable normally.

  3. Okay, simply. Hook up the red and white (Audio) and yellow (Video) RCA pins to your television monitor out, and then hook the same colors to your amp monitor in. Difficult: If you have a high defintition television, and a HDMI Amp you will need to hook RCA cables to your component video input. These cables have  red, blue and green RCA pins. you need to hook the up color matching color, then run your audio video as stated above. If you have HDMI you must run that as well. An HDMI cable has flat ends like a computer cable, they are not round like RCA cable ends. If your amp has a calibrator, you must set the mic in the middle of the room to calibrate. Of course I get a thumbs down, can't stand it when someone is right huh? Also radio shack sucks, go to Circuit city or best buy for your cables.

  4. If your TV has audio outputs they would come in two forms. One would be RCA jacks and be red and white. White is left channel and red is Right. Simply get a cable from Radio Shack and connect the goesouta to the goesinta of the stereo. If you have a headphone outa from the TV, usually an 1/8 jack, do the same with a cable that converts to the RCAs on your stereo if they are RCA's. If not, there are adapters. Just make sure if you use the headphone tap that you turn the volume down on the TV before feeding it into the stereo because that goesouta is more powerful than the other one. You could get distortion in your stereo if you don't. Then like a good recipe, adjust the ingredients to taste for your ears. Good luck!

  5. For the latest TV set with HDMI input, it is the easiest way to connect to your stereo amplifier by a HDMI cable. If your stereo amplifier doesn't come with a HDMI output, you will have to use the Audio output. Use a pair of RCA audio cable ( red and white plug) to connect to one of the AV inputs on the TV.

  6. depends on input / output connectors but usually an avi / phono cable will do it

  7. If your TV has audio outputs ( one red and one white socket on the back ) then all you need is a set of phono leads. If not, you can get a scart lead with an extra 2 phono leads coming out of it, which you connect to your amp.

  8. Probably phono jacks (i think 3.5) pends on the age of the items. Can you get me pics of the sockets on your t.v. and hi-fi??
