What cable/ satellite TV company's do you use or recommend? dislike?

So, we got dish network and haven't signed a contract. That's good because im not satisfied. I was just wondering what people us I'm in California what are my options? Any good deals? ho do you really dislike as a provider?

How come your not satisfied with Dish?

I've had it for a couple of years and just recently upgraded to the HD package and I love it. I've never had a problem and it's cheaper than Charter cable I used to have.

I was going to recommend Dish but it sounds like that's off your list. Sorry I couldn't help

I have used Dish and cable (insight/comcast) in Illinois.  The dish program guide is MUCH better than cable (no ADS, watch mini tv while in guide, etc.).  In my opinion, the satellite image is better than the cable image (this is not for HD).  What I don't like about satellite is that radio for sports is synced with cable, so I have to listen to TV announcers.  This may not be an issue for you.
