What cables do I need to hook up my xbox360 to a surround sound system (logitech G-51)?

been looking at all the sites and they say to use a Toslink cable but my subwoofer doesnt have an optical input :s

  1. just plug the red and white audio cables into the srround sound systems reciever


  2. This speaker set is intended for a computer that has separate outputs for front, rear, center, and subwoofer.  It does not contain a surround sound decoder of its own because that's done the computer's sound card.

    The only input it supports is a pair of red/white RCA cables for stereo sound.  This won't get you surround sound.

    For that you need to use the optical cable, and need a receiver or a decoder that has an optical audio input.
