  1. Skip the "S-Video" connection (you won't need it).  Just run one "RG6" cable (capped with RCA ends) for the "composite", 3 "RG6" cables (w/RCA ends) and an SVGA (VGA) cable (for your computer).  When dealing with projectors, it's best to make your own cables at home.  Click the link: http://www.avtruths.com/budgetcables.htm...

Obviously, your local hardware store and "Parts-Express" have got you're "composite" and "component" cables covered, but for varied lengths of shielded SVGA (VGA) cables, get on eBay.  50ft lengths are less than $20 (that includes shipping).  If you really need an "S-Video" cable, I'm sure eBay's got you covered there, too.

You won't need to run audio to the projector.  Think of it as more of a "monitor" (just picture).  If you need to run audio across the room to reach all of your other Home Theater equipment, you can use "RG6" (w/RCA ends) for those, too.

Much better than "Monster" brand cables.

  2. You do NOT want to go composite.  The picture will be horrible and even worse as the picture gets bigger.  You want to with Component for sure as it will give you the best picture.  If your component input is a VGA 15 pin the you will need this.

Then buy as long a component cable as you need and use barrel connectors to connect the two cables together.

As far as sound goes you won't run one to your projector.  You have to run sound from your source (cable box, DVD, etc) straight to your receiver.
