best place to go is www.blackjungle.com.  Dendrobates are pretty finicky and hard to keep.  Don't expect your first foray into their world to be very successful.

I  customized a 20 high, it was really nice for my two dendrobates.  Foam/coconut bedding background, running waterfall through a neat log I found into a shallow pool, false bottom in it, and planted it heavily and covered it in live moss.  They were very happy in it. :)
