  1. Ti-89 Titanium.  You can even download extra apps that are designed for engineering students.  Also if you are clever you can save anything you type on word as a .html file and then transfer it to your 89 and view it on the reader application.  I'm sure you can figure out what that is good for.


  2. I still like my HP48GX, but I would recommend the HP50. It seems to have most all the HP48 features and more mordern stuff. It is a little awkward, but that may be due to my being use to the HP48. The link below is where you can find lots of free downloads.
