What caliber rifle/pistol do the Olympic 50m rifle and rapid fire pistol teams use?

Is there only 1 caliber of handgun and rifle allowed?

I know all the trap and skeet shooters use over under 12 gauges, brand isn't specified, but they are all 12 gauge.

Is the same true of the pistol and rifle events? Anyone know?

the 50 meter rifles are shooting subsonic .22lr rounds, and the rapid fire boys use 22 shorts

They are 22's. And your wrong about the shot guns it is 12 or smaller, but smaller will put you at a great disadvantage so every one use 12's.
