  1. good, but not amazing. As juniata is not a div 1 school.

Juniata's womens team is alot higher in rankings every yr then the men.

  2. I played college, my best friend plays for Brigham Young. Other friends play for schools like UCLA, USC, Pepperdine, Pacific and are all great players. Juniata isn't bad, physically if you played in the front row think along the lines of over 6'2 jumping at least 3+ feet (36 inch vert). Lots of control when you swing.

Back row would need to be great.

Think of it like this: around 40-50 freshman/transfers come into D1 volleyball every year. another 50-80 go to D2 and then 50-100 move into D3. Would you consider yourself to be one of the best 230 1st year players going to College?

Whether you say yes or no to that: Send out a game tape of you playing (game tape... not highlight reel) and an e-mail saying you want to go to the school, give information like your highschool/club/information. Grades are important to coaches along with ability etc etc, you're selling yourself when you try to get recruited, so if you were a coach what would you want to buy?
