What camera do you think is best for me?

So...the other question like this that I posted...DIDN'T work for me :) so here it is again

I'm a begginer. Here are some details that I think would fit for me:

-- Waterproof (I love the ocean :D)

-- 5 to 8 megapixels

-- Something small and portable

-- Easy to use -not too complicated

-- Doesn't run out of batteries too quick because I like to travel and drive to all beaches

-- One that lasts long because I use to use Exilim and they break within a year and a half

-- One thats easy to transfer photos to your computer

-- One that is great at taking pictures of animal and nature (also people :P)

-- Under $200(Trying to save some $$$)
