What cameras best?

i want to get a digital camera, one thats really good, except i'm on a budget

i can't get a camera that's over $200

so... what's a good low cost digital camera that still performs well?

Hey forget about all other cameras.. go and get samsung l200..

its like $140 bucks.. but it has 10.2 miga pixel.. with 3x zoom..

its thin and light weight and flat too..

     its really Balm. trust me.. you gonna love it.
