Not much. It's not even enough cash to buy a ticket for the Mexico City subway which is the cheapest subway in the entire world.

1 peso is only about 10 US cents.

You could probably only buy two packs of Chiclets bubblegum (which isn't top quality gum, but it doesn't taste bad though I personally hate the Anís flavor) or 1 Bubaloo bubblegum which has a gooey filling.

You might also be able to buy 1 or two packs of Miguelitos chile candies.

If you're really lucky, you could possibly buy a bar of Pulparindo candy (though I generally see them being priced at 1.50 pesos).

You can't really buy much with just 1 peso.
