What can I accessories my polo dress with?

My polo dress is pink with blue and green small stipes going across the dress. It has white buttons. I have a blue long neclace. White beaded neclace the ones that are really popular also I have a black belt that you wear on your waist or on your hips also I have this kind of shoes that is called Decree and I have two pairs in black that is one wedged,and flats. Also the dress goes to my mid thigh. Also what kind of make up and what should I do with my hair. My hair is long to my shoulder well it sits on my shoulder. So what to accessories and do with make up and hair. BTW I got the dress from JcPenny's and I am 13 and in 8th grade.

dont wear any necklace. wear the black belt with black wedges. wear light pink make up with lots of mascara and eye liner. if u have a round face curl your hair but if u hav a long one straighten them. and wear some really cute black earings

1. NECKLACE: i'd go with the blue one. it would totally bring out the blue in your dress. very cute :]

2. BELT: no belt. if would be to much horizontal lines.

3. SHOES: you could go either way with the shoes. if you have to climb many flights stairs at school then maybe go with the flat.

4. MAKEUP: since there is a lot going on with the outfit. id try a look that isnt like painting any entire face on in the morning. a tiny bit of pink blush, light pink lip gloss, and maybe a little mascara.

5. HAIR: i think a low side pony would be adorable with that dress. unless your hair is to short. if its to short try straighting it.

im also 13 going into 8th
