What can I buy/find and use to band my baby pigeons?

I want to make sure i know them apart when they grow older and bigger. What can i use? Does it have to be beads?

You need to know the breed or size as well.

If they're show birds or rollers or others, then you can buy the various sizes of NPA bands and get them from the JEDDS,  a pigeon supply company.  

If you have racing homers you can buy A.U. bands from JEDDS as well.
