What can I buy thats the closest thing to having jigsaws puppet "billy"?

There is a lot of merchandise, closest thing I found so far was a 20 inch one that talks, but I don't want a plush or a talking one, I want one that is an actual puppet, that lets me move it's mouth so I can make him talk. Whats the closest I an get to this?

It's very likely you won't find one: puppet makers and yourself, can get into trouble for making puppets that are replicas. Someone out there owns the copyrights to that puppet, and asking someone to make you one is illegal.

If you just want a 'dust collector' (ie. a souvenir of the movie), buy official merchandise. As RogueQ posts, there is an articulated version, although it most likely won't be able to move its mouth. If you want a puppet to perform with, come up with your own design.

Puppet makers generally will turn down commissions to make replicas. And frankly, commissioning a puppet maker would probably cost you two or three times as much as you would pay for an official piece of merchandise from the above site.

www.actionfigurexpress.com shows a vinyl collectible doll version of the puppet from Saw 4 available for preorder for $79.99. I'm not sure if the mouth opens or not but they do say that the joints are articulated as seen in the film. This is the closest I have been able to find. It's possible there's a movie replica shop online somewhere that may have an actual version of the puppet. If this one isn't what you're looking for you might try web searching for movie replicas.
