Today I ate/consumed: Ice cream, several (small) apple pies, some vodka, and lasagne.

I have heard that diet can affect your mental well-being. I've been through quite a lot of depression over the last 7 months or so. What could I eat to help?

  1. i think you should skip the vodka

maybe an occasional sip of wine instead

there are good mood foods and foods that are good for the brain

    check on google

  2. Eat more protein (eggs, fish, nuts) and less carbs (pasta, bread). Also, no sweets like ice cream.  Of course, you can have an occasional snack (fruit).  Just drink water.  Try this for 5 days and You'll feel much better.
