What can I d for fun on a 8 hour car drive?

I'm 14. I have a DS and a few books and an iPod. What else can I do for fun n the way to my vacation?

Here is a game that involves the whole family ...

First person says the name of someone famous to start.  The next person would have to say someone else famous with the the same letter as the last name of the previous famous person but now have to use it as first name ... heres an example;

#1 Mariah Carey

#2 Christina Applegate

#3 Anna Nicole Smith

#4 Susan Surandon

Now .. when someone chooses a name with the same letter as the first and last name, the next person has to name 2 famous people with the first name,

#5 Stephen King, Sara Bareilles

To keep it easy for the littler kids, we allow character names ex Sponge Bob Squarepants, Strawberry Shortcake etc.

Kept us busy for our trip to NH yesterday.

What I would do, personally, is copy some of my favourite DVDs to my PSP (or in your case iPod). There is software that can do it. Just go onto Google, search "DVD to MP4", and select the first result. If they are fully compressed they can be very small.
