  1. I agree with susan, go to the craft store and see what grabs your eye.  You never know what might jump into your shopping cart!

Be open minded and have a blast!

  2. why not go to your local crafts shops  they always have great ideas for crafts

  3. me to i am bored half the time but if you do not have anything to do maybe you can ring up a friend thets what i do

    i hope it helps

  4. If you have any raw materials at all,..ex. yarn, wood, bailers twine, scraps of material, paper{reg., colored, newspapers}, old blue jeans that you can cut up into strips, some really nice fallen branches that you can strip down and clear coat, then you could make awesome weavings with these materials.  I have made several myself and my friends love them. Also, it helps to occupy your time and give your self time to focus.  Kinda like yoga..lol  Good Luck!!! Just take 2 big branches that you have, tie bailers string from one piece of wood to the next, kind of like a harp would look, then take your other materials and just start weaving them through your bailers twine, continue until you reach the other piece of wood. Voila!! A piece of art from the heart!!

P.S. Use your imagination when it comes to raw materials..cotton balls, old sheets, ripped up t-shirts,straw, twigs, pine branches for aroma, fresh herbs  will dry right into the weaving or dried but still damp enough to work with. Anything that you have lying around will do. You can even personalize them by using ribbons from a friends wedding, or ones old baby blanket that is beyond repair, a dried rose rolled up inside some newspaper, etc.

  5. Buy some pots and paints and pain them. Decorate the house with them.

Just take any paper. Cut magazines and do a collage.

For more ideas go to a craft shop. But be innovative. Take ideas and do them from waste products.

  6. Wandering around the craft store can cure hours of boredom and give you some ideas for things to do when you get home.  Needlework is always a good time consumer, counted cross stitch or embroidery...they also have all kinds of different kits where you won't have to put alot of money into one project to see if you like it....have fun!!

  7. why not try making jewellery?...it is fun, creative and best of all  you can wear it
