I would recommend growing your hair out, but it looks good short too. Don't perm your hair, leave it natural. Use hair wax, and just gently flip out the ends and add texture. You could get minor layers or textureize you hair to give it more of a s**y look.I would also recommend talking to your stylist about bangs. There are many different styles of bangs, find which suits you!

And play up those eyes!!! Gorgeous girl!

i'd change ur hair colour to a dark deep brown..like a chocolatey colour, and add a bit more volume to it.. it looks a little flat, if u had ur hair down maybe it would be better.. straighten with GHD's or similar.

gurl i cant judg you on a scale.because to me to be prety its not just on the outside its also wats goin on on the inside to.but i realy like th top picture.& with your hair i think you could find a haircut that could flatter your face much btter.
