Question:

What can I do.. So I won't gain the weight back??

Well I went on this crash diet and I ate barely nothing for 13 days and I lost 12lbs. I worked out and lifted weights during the 13 days. Well now I am extremely worried that I will gain the weight back,, is there anything I can do to make sure I don't gain the weight back? Like should I gradually add more calories to my diet every few days? I am defiantly going to keep working out, because I am muscular now and I'd like to keep it that way. I also drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Advice?

I was 125lbs and now I am 113lbs. --- I am 5.1ft tall. -- yeah I no i am extremely short.

  1. crash diet isn't good way to go. u'll gain the weight back. your metabolism were slow now, u need to speed your metabolism up by eat 5-6 small healthy meal ever 2-3hr,lot of veg, lean protein, fruits and whole grain, continue your exercises. first day u'll weight 1-2lbs bc your body haven't used to that much of food, but u'll lose weight by the 3rd day 100%!!

    Last summer when I was taking them, I went from being 240 lbs to 205 lbs in 3 months. I didn't follow the recommended diet, or else I would have lost the weight faster. I'm 5'9" myself.

    I stopped taking the pills when I went back to school, and I ballooned back up to 245 lbs - the most I've ever been.

    But I'm taking the pills again, and exercising, and the weight isn't coming off as easy as last summer, but I'm down to 230 lbs.
