Well I went on this crash diet and I ate barely nothing for 13 days and I lost 12lbs. I worked out and lifted weights during the 13 days. Well now I am extremely worried that I will gain the weight back,, is there anything I can do to make sure I don't gain the weight back? Like should I gradually add more calories to my diet every few days? I am defiantly going to keep working out, because I am muscular now and I'd like to keep it that way. I also drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Advice?
I was 125lbs and now I am 113lbs. --- I am 5.1ft tall. -- yeah I no i am extremely short.
