What can I do about a online company being fraud and taking unauthorized $ out of my account??

Do not order anything from classiccloseouts.com...total scam..total fraud. I last ordered from them in feb....now on 6/20 i recieved a bank statement that i purchases something of $39.99...in which i did not. I even checked my account history with them...and it says last purchase was in feb. I have emailed their cutomer service...no response..i have called their cutomer service number in which they have no one asnwer the phone! It tells u to leave a message(what compnay does that??)...and still no response. As Im searching for maybe a different number..i stumble upon a complaint website about them.....and what do u know, this has happend to SEVERAL people. They never got through to customer service or got their money back. There has to be something that can be done to report this website...its obviously fraud if several people had had money taking out of their account unauthorized. I just dont know where to begin...but they just cant get away with ripping all of us off! HELP!

id say you didnt make that perchase and change your acct info before they take more

call the bank and put a stop on your account to everyone...then you can track them down and turn them in to the BBB (Better Business Buro).....or the police
