  1. maybe you should eat, drink (maybe dehydrated) or just simply rest and get some sleep. what i usually do is take some advil and a drink of water and some nice sleep that usually works for me. but if your going to prevent headaches in the future, make sure you eat, keep drinking lots of fluids (recommended water) and stay away from lots of TV, computer, and video games without eating or drinking

  2. Take a few asprin and go get some rest

  3. I'd say rest/sleep. I hope you feel better soon, vt...

  4. Sorry for the headache

Please take a rest, sleep early and wake up not so early yet not very late. During the day take lots of water then your cure is simple- Have lots of fruits in your diet and the headache will go away- it worked for me.

  5. I get these all the time. It could be a Cluster Headache...where your eyes and temples hurt. Or, it could be a migraine. Take advil or tylenol, and lay a wet washcloth over your eyes. To make yourself feel better, go to sleep soon and you will wake up feeling better.

  6. power nap

  7. If the pain is extreme you best go to an Urgent Care or call 911 because it could be an anneurism. Look up for the sy mptoms of that. If you do not have the symptoms then put a warm towel over your eyes and try to get some sleep.  I've gotten headaches that are so bad I had to lay down because nothing could cure it. Sleep did.

  8. rub ur temples and drink water. if u dont no what ur temple is its the soft part next to ur eyes. and sleep. or take up to 5 ibuprofin.

  9. That totally sucks - I HATE headaches.  I have heard that if you squeeze (HARD) on the pressure point in between your thumb and first finger, that is supposed to help.  Outside of slamming down an 800 mg of ibuprofen, I am at a loss.  I will keep my fingers crossed that someones answer will lead you to a cure.

Alternative - a few cocktails to help make you sleep - LOL.  It is Friday.  Feel better!

EDIT:  No puking allowed - LOL.  The person below me sparked another idea.  I have those aromatherapy pillows that go around youR neck.  I keep them in the freezer and when I have a headache I put them on my face while I am laying down.  The combination of the cold, the calming smell and laying down does the trick.  I hope whatever you try works and quickly!

  10. I'll help you out with that! HeHe

  11. One thing that has helped me is to lie down with something cool at the back of my neck.

  12. Sounds like a migraine. I get them and They suck!

    Sleep??

How many mg were the meds?

  13. I get very severe headaches. I've gone to the hospital, been on numerous medications, had MRI's, had MRA's done. So if anyone knows what your going through, it's me!

When I get a headache, I find that taking a nice hot shower and just sitting in the bathtub, letting the shower run on you, helps. Try drinking something with caffeine. Put a heating pad around your neck and lay down.

If that doesn't at least lessen it, call a neurologist.

  14. This used to happen to me for 15 years a few times a week. I had pain right behind my eyes. Rarely would medicine quell it. I would even resort to pushing in my eyes to relieve the pain. About a year ago I went to an allergist to try my luck. He prescribed Allegra D (Allegra combined with a strong dose of sudafed) and Nasonex. Which combined cleared my sinus and cleared my head. It sounds like to me that you have a sinus headache. Go to your doctor or go to an allergist. Until then take over the counter meds such as claritin and sudafed. Although they aren't very strong they will help alleviate the pain. I haven't had a bad headache in a long time.
