What can I do about harassing phone calls from credit card company? 8 calls in one hour at 8 and 9 at night?

Next time they call either ask to speak with a supervisor and then explain that the calls are not welcome, especially after 8 PM. If you can't speak to a supervisor take the Company's Name, caller's name, phone number for their customer service line, and right down the exact call time. Then call customer services and file a complaint.
