My arms are humongous and my under armpit flab (lol side breast) is ridiculous and my back is bigger than my whole body. I am a woman who looks like I lift weight. Cardio isn't working . i don't want to lift weight because I am afraid that I would bulk out more..Any suggestions?

  1. smoke and take coke it works for kate moss

  2. Lift weights and then go work out.  Just start small and don't go higher than 10-15 pounds on the dumbells.  I did this when I was a work out fanatic and I didn't bulk up.

Also, watch what you eat!!!  Small portions and stay away from fried stuff and bakery.

  3. I thought the same... but cardio has worked for me... been doing aerobics, for 45 min and then 30 min of exercise targeting one part per day, 6 days a week. After 30 days  noticably diffrence, i know if i diet i'd lose more, but it takes time...

  4. You can't decrease fat in just one area of the body; You have to decrease your total body fat by dieting and cardio.  You say that cardio isn't working? How long are you doing it for and how many times per week?  Also, changes don't happen overnight, or in a few weeks.  You need to stick to the cardio and develop a diet; maybe speak to a nutritionist.  Good luck!

  5. The Denise Austin: Shrink Your Female Fat Zones Workout DVD is a great workout that is 100% treadmill free :)  She does specific exercises that target all 3 of the areas you want to work on.  Eating a healthy diet [about 1400 calories a day] should show major improvement.  Good luck! :)

  6. i know you don't want to do weights, but it's what i would recommend. it would help you to tone up. use light weights as opposed to heavy ones and you shouldn't bulk up at all. do a lot of reps using these light weights too - this makes it more of an endurance exercise than a strength one, so you won't enhance muscle size! using weights in different ways should help to shift it from your arms, back, etc. hope this helped!
