What can I do about my work habits?

I dont know what to do about this. Every weekday seems rather monotonous. I get up go to school have some fun whatever. It's fine. However I feel my energy and concentration dropping continually. My grades honestly fall chronologically throughout my periods. And when I get home its the worst. I either put it off, have some commitments, or something. My motivation only kicks in late late at night when

I know at least I have to finish it. Of course it usually sucks. So. how can I stop this habit of putting things off. Etc.

  1. Well my boyfriend does the same thing, i used to think it was just a guy thing, but my 18 year old sister does the same. You need to just do it, thinking about it just makes the task more agonizing. You also need to also look at your diet, what are you eating, this might be the reason you are SOOO tired all the time. Too much sugar, or caffeine can really drain you by the end of the day. Try to eat healthier and begin a work-out routine, believe me this will really help, make sure to eat your veggies, and fruits. Hope the advise helps!!!!!!!!!!!
