I live in a subdivision and on the other side of it have a neighbor who just seems like a fat disgusting person. Anyway, a couple of months ago I was walking my dog (gave him away to someone) and she was letting her two chows running around unleashed and one of them started running toward me and barking at my dog like he was going to attack it, she finally got the dog to quit running after mine and called it back to her home. Well, another time I was strolling my toddler around the block and she allowed her dog to run right up to him, finally she was able to call it back after the sixth time. Well, I haven't seen her do it again for a while of course I haven't been walking around much because of the heat/humidity. Last night, when I came home I spotted someones cat in my yard. I chased it off making barking sounds and noticed that it had attacked a bird after efforts to save it the bird died. Anyway, today I noticed the same cat go under her garage door. I am pretty sure it's t

  1. The dogs could be seen as agressive, but the cat is just doing what cats do.. thinning the flock....

Sounds like you're being a little critical of someone you refuse to get to know.........that's too bad...

  2. who just seems like a fat disgusting person....

Your comments make me think you are no better than the element in where you live!

    Call animal controll.

  3. Call animal control and report loose dogs, because like you said there is a leash law.  But, DONT shoot the animals. You could go to jail for that ... So yeah, just call Animal control and they'll take care of it.

  4. You sound like the type who is going to find something to complain about no matter what's going on. Maybe you should move somewhere secluded from others.

  5. Move.

    But not near me.

  6. NEVER shoot an animal with a bb gun.  Call your local dog catcher and report that the dog isn't on a leash.  You could talk to your neighbor and kindly ask her to keep her animals leashed.  Do you plan on living in the neighborhood for long?  If so, she may also.  It's not wise to start a feud.  I've had a similar situation years ago.  A woman would let her dog out by himself and he would actually chase any children who came by and actually grab their pants legs.  This woman would respond "my dog doesn't chase people."  This woman eventually moved.

  7. Prabably yes. It depends on the laws where you live. Why noy just try to catch it in a live trap & turn it over to the SPCA.

  8. You have leash laws...call the authorities.  You should not be afraid to walk with your child and your dog in your own neighborhood.

Please do this right away before someone gets hurt.

  9. Two wrongs do not make a right so let's not use a gun.

Contact your local municipality regarding the leash violations; if possible, have photos and keep a log of dates/times.

  10. If the police catch you with a posession of a BB gun, you're done for. The best way is to make a police report, whom they will refer you to the bodies of mediation such as the CDC, if you wish to settle the matters amicabbly and put it to an end for good. I know how you feel, coz i have that kind of neighbour living next to me. Total ignorant a**holes. I wonder which village they came from. Be tolerant, that's my advice.

  11. have you tried talking to them? maybe if you put the effort in to try and communicate with them about how you feel maybe they will understand...if not then do it the legal way don't shoot anything its not the cats fault its just doing whats in its nature..

  12. It sounds like you live in the US and every state is different. If you shoot it with a bb gun or anything else, you can be arrested, fined and even jailed. Not to mention the bad press you would get in your city, county perhaps even statewide. You can't just go shooting people's pets. If your city does have a leash law, you can report the neighbor and the police should investigate it. Each city has it's own rules, but usually they allow a warning or two and then begin to fine the pet owner that isn't putting their animal on a leash. Some cities also have barking ordinances, check with your city clerk on what is enforced in your neighborhood. I have had pets my whole life and have always taken proper care of them and followed the law regarding leashing, barking, etc. Pet owners need to be responsible for their pets and their behavior.

  13. Sounds like your the problem. Stop the hating
