  1. u can use a massager....have pain killers(medicine)or go to a doctor LOL

  2. i have a work place injury to my left shoulder perhaps it's sympathy pains, i'll send you some vicodin..........lol!

    serous pain should be iced, then if it worsen you should go to ER!

    if ibuprofen doesn't help, then you could have pinched a nerve, or pulled a muscle or even stretched or torn a ligament.  please be careful, ice it and get some rest, if it still doesn't feel right or if the pain worsens take yourself to the doctor.  hope you feel better!♥

  3. If you was lifting  heavy equipment then you could have pulled a muscle, if it is that then the pain should wear off quite soon, on the other hand, if you arm is shaking when you hold it still it could be 'splinterred' take some paracetamol and seek medical advice.

  4. lol go to the doctor ;p

  5.     *  Vascular

    A pinched nerve does cause tingling in the fingers, but a presentation such as cold hands with an achy arm sounds like a vascular problem. This means that there is some reason for poor circulation to the arm/hand. This is very commonly caused by too much muscle tension in the scalene muscles or the the pec minor muscles. The blood vessels that supply the arm/hand have to pass through these areas, via the subclavian artery, to branch off into the arm. It could also be due to a misalignment of the shoulder. If a shoulder is misaligned in external rotation, it can put a stretch on the blood vessels that pass through that area to supply the arm/hand. In any case, a chiropractor is the professional to seek to correct any biomechanical problems within the body. Chiropractic adjustments can also have a valuable effect on the autonomic system, which affects the cardiovascular system.

        * Pinched nerve

    This could definitely be a pinched nerve - either in your neck, shoulder, or arm. You need to be seen by a doctor (preferable an orthopedic surgeon) before you experience permanent damage. Take care.

        * Tendinitis

    Tendinitis would explain the sore muscles, Reynauds disease causes constriction of the blood vessels and usually your fingers get numb, turn whitish in color. Also there is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which is a nerve in the arm / palm that can cause this. This might be the culprit. Try swinging your arm up, over, and around in a continuous circle. Pick up speed as you go. Relax your arm as you do this. Pretend it is like a rope that you are swinging.) This will help the circulation and muscles.

        * Stress

    Muscle aches and tingling sensations in hands and feet are sometimes symptoms of stress. If you are feeling stressed or anxious for any reason, that COULD be the cause. Of course, the best thing to do if you are really concerned is to see a qualified medical practitioner.

    umm im a great massager want me to come over?

    xoxo

  6. You'd better to put some cream (in italy we have fastum gel i don't know if it is sold in the USA too).... Don't use that arm for about 3/4 days and.... Take care of yourselves!!!!

    p.s. I'm not a doctor and for this reason i think you should go and see someone who can really help you... but i also know that the sanitary system is very expansive there... so... if you think it isn't broken and it doesn't hurt very much.... follow the instruction the Answears give you ;)

    I repeat that my advise is: GO AND SEE A DOCTOR
