It feels the same somewhat like tension in the throat when stressed out except it is under my tongue, root of my mouth, and at the back of my throat. It is just a sore feeling, doesn't help too much that I have acid reflux as well. Took tylenol earlier and the soreness went away, i was at a baby shower and didn't think much of it til I got home and now the soreness procedes. Anyone know what could be going on?

  2. ughh i know how you feel i had that before too. it kinda feels like your mouth was scraped with hot sauce or something right? well it goes away in a few days. i dont know how its caused though.

  3. If your tongue has a whitish coating it could be a yeast infection like thrush. Eat plenty of uncooked green vegetables and citrus fruit. Eat lots of salad with lemon juice and light oil for dressing. Do not eat dairy or drink alcohol. Your mouth and gums are not getting enough Vitamin C.
