The past couple of nights I had trouble falling asleep. I usually have to wait like an hour in bed before going to sleep. I usually go to bed at 10:30PM and fall asleep at 11:30PM and some times 12:00. I think I have a sleeping dis-order. I would like to fall asleep sooner.

  1. rules for falling asleep when you want to...

always go to bed at the same time

dont watch tv, play on your computer, or listen to music while you are in bed

start a routine...if you always brush your teeth, comb your hair, set your clothes out for the next day...etc...if you do this every night before you go to bed, your brain will start to slow down bc it knows that your about ot go to bed..

drink a glass of warm milk if you cant go to bed

dont exercise or eat 2 or 3 hours before you go to bed..

hope these help...i thought i had a sleeping disorder too and this is what someone told me!  it worked!

  2. m********e and you will have a sound sleep ,

  3. i don't think you have a sleeping disorder for just 2 nights.Try to rest your mind when you lay down don't think about anything it takes practice but it works for me.

  4. i don't think its a sleeping disorder :P, but taking a hot bath and drinking hot chocolate or hot milk before going to bed might help you and try not to exercise a few hours before you go to bed :) or if your really bothered about it then you could try taking some sleeping pills
