What can I do about uneven eyebrows?

One of my eyebrows is a little bit higher than the other one and that keeps me from getting them waxed.

I'm afraid that if I get them done, the difference will be even more exaggerated.

What should I do?

so just get the top of the higher one waxed and the bottom of the lower one then theyll be even

you can ask a person at your salon, usually they are able to do something about it.  usually it wont be more exaggerated.  unless they dont even over lap at any point then theres nothing you can do until they grow out.
