What can I do after completing a NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care?

I currently work as a self employed carer for the elderly and I have almost completed my NVQ Level 2, I plan to do my NVQ Level 3 straight after.

What kind of jobs (other than what I already do) will be open to me once I've completed the NVQ level 3?

Try NVQ 4 I suppose - I couldn't rate http://nvq-answers.com highly enough. Superb site and great for reference.
