I have the feeling that every time I loose weight, I loose it at my b*****s, while when I gain it, I gain it at my butt, belly and upper legs... Is that possible? What can I do against it?

  1. You body is genetically programmed where to put down the fat. So when you lose and gain fat, it will be from the same places.

There is really nothing you can do to control where the fat goes. BUT you can control where muscle gets built up. So, when you do excercizes on a certain part of your body, that part will get stronger and tighter.

With the right balance of fat and muscle, you can more or less control the shape of your body. If you are still not happy with the results, use a body shapewear such as spanx to shape the rest.
