What can I do can i sue my shipping company??

I bought some mp3 players form a company in china.i have always used DHL never had a problem. i thought mabye this time if i used FedEx it would be faster.(it was more expensive) the gave me a phone call stating that i need to give governmentapprovall that the package was safe ofhazardoussmete riall from china i told them to send it back to china. they sent me an E-mail saying that they where gonna send it anyway no need for government involvement. when ireceivedd the package i opened it and saw that all the mp3 players packages where empty and only some headphones remain. so i paid $500 plus dollars for some headphones.. all fedex wants to refund me is $100 dollars and a friend told me to contact the credit card company but its to late for that i diddent know about that. what can i doI'mm out $500 and fedex are a bunch ofthievess..

Since they won't reimburse you what they should then a lawsuit is in order. Take them to small claims court.
