  1. You should make sure that she eats and drinks, and force feed if necessary. She must stay warm at night so make sure she is properly covered. Meanwhile, I would call the vet as soon as possible to get her some medical attention if necessary. You can also give her small amounts of pedealite to replace fluids that may have been lost while she was lost.

  2. Keep helping her eat and drink and she will gain her strenght back.Give her healthy foods. :]

  3. Vetttt!!! if you love her that much thats what i woulddd do!

  4. Ok first of all is there any way she could have eaten something toxic, if so she needs to see a vet, but it could just be from not eating or drinking. A hamster going 4 days without eating, she's going to be very sick. What i suggest you do is up at your nearest Wal-mart they have in the children's area pedialyte, get a bottle, it helps to use with animals who may be dehydrated. Get a little syringe for feeding, and also a box of like baby cereal. Mix a little bit of pedialyte and water and give her in the syringe every couple of hours, and same with the cereal. If she is that week she wont be able to eat her normal food, and the baby cereal is really high in vitamins and will help. I hope this helps i had a guinea pig that got sick and this is what i did.

  5. You're doing about all that can be done.

Give her plenty of opportunity to drink,

just a bit at a time.

If she's severely dehydrated, she shouldn't get

    too much water too fast.

Give her some easy to handle food, simple starch.

She's probably very hungry. again, not too much too fast.

She should 'perk up' in a day or two.

  6. even though you have to help your hamster to drink it is important it does drink and you should get it to drink lots.  It may have been hurt while you lost it and i suggest you watch Belle carefully to see if she needs medical attention which there is a high chance Belle will. I suggest while you can't get medical attention you should make sure she drinks lots and is eating the same amount of food she was eating before you lost her .  check that the cage is put on correct and their is no chance of her getting out.  It is important that she doesn't get out again because this time she may die.  if she isn't exercising that could get serious so make sure every day shes drunk plenty of water, eaten lots and has had some exercise.

  7. Keep helping her drink to keep her hydrated then try to get her to eat. If you can give her some TLC (tender loving care) for a while, meaning being with her every moment you can by helping her drink and eat and keeping calm to get her strength and energy back. She's probably just worn out--domesticated hamsters aren't meant to run around that far. But just keep taking care of her, and if you get really concerned and nothing you do helps, bring her to a vet and they could check her out and give her meds if she needs them.

  8. Lots of water constantly! And give her some fruit and green veg. Make sure plenty of hamster food is available.

If she's got to the pont where she's falling over and spinning in circles then she needs to go to the vet.

  9. There isn't much you can do, at this point, give her lots of water and food and hope for the best! hope shes ok.

  10. Let her rest but still check on her every hour or so.Give her plenty of food and water. Also give her vegetables AND store bought hamster food/pellets.(celery, carrots, lettuce)

  11. TAIK HER TO THE VET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  12. Just make sure she has easy accsses to water even if you have to feed her. Make sure she has a nice comfortably bed as close to food as possible.

  13. Taking her to the vet is a no brainer!

You can also feed her Nutrical paste (its very high calorie and should help perk ker up) Also don't give her plain water, she is dehydrated and is probably unbalanced on her electrolytes. Try giving her pedialyte instead.

A vet should evaluate her to make sure she has no injuries from fall or getting squished any where.

  14. Feed her and give her LOTS of water there is a big chance that she will die

  15. Steroids.

  16. ground up his/her food in the blender. Go and buy some human baby milk powder. mix these together with water to make a paste. A little bit runny.

The protein from the milk powder should make it feel better and give it extra vitamins and the taste will make it eat it.

Add water to the bottom of the cage also.

  17. keep helping her eat and drink and then her strenght  will come back and thn she will eventually be better and then if she isnt take her to a local vet

  18. I would take the poor hamster to the vet...

    She might be ill.........

    Good Luck,

    Hope she gets better

  19. I really think you should take her to the vet because it sounds like she may have eaten something dodgy...

in the meantime, keep her cage covered up and try not to play around with her as you dont want to distress her at all. Like I said you should take a trip to a vet.

I had gerbils that wouldnt drink and wobbled around not able to walk, they had an illness and died. This could have been avoidable if i'd gone to a vet, but i didnt know what was wrong with them or how to help..
