I have not exercised in a while and decided to the other day. I went on the elliptical for 20 minutes. The next day and 2nd day after that I have pain in my shoulder blade/upper back muscles. My chest is large (34dd) and I tried making my sports bra loose this AM but I am so sore. Does anyone know what exercises I can do to strengthen my upper back and shoulders to avoid this problem in the future. Or does anyone know a healthy sports bra for me to buy?
