What can I do get a job at a restaurant ?

I live about 20 min. south of Atlanta and find it very difficult ggettinga job here. I have had 2 jobs my whole life and they both were out of state. There are a lot of rrestaurantswhere( applebee's, carraba's, tgi friday's, chillies etc.) I live and was wondering what I can do to apply. Do I just walk in there and ask them if they are hiring?

Yeah, just get applications from as many as possible and then turn them in.  Restaurants have really high turnover rates so I am sure that one of them will call you very soon.  It doesn't really take much to get a job at one, but once you do you will regret it, so be careful.
